The Education Sector, Dzongkhag Administration, Samtse is pleased to inform all the Principals of Schools under this Dzongkhag that as per the approved note-sheet No. SD/EDN/Notesheet-39/2016-2017/ dated 20th September, 2016 of Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag pertaining to the involvement of teachers on LG election duty, all are requested to note and declare the following points:

Starting from 22nd - 28th of September, 2016 students need not come to school. They can stay back home and do their studies/assigned tasks.

Instruct teachers to give enough assignment to keep the students engaged during the above days.

Keep the school premises open and instruct school caretaker for the safety of school property.

The lost instructional hours must be recovered as soon as the school resumes.
This is to inform all our staff and students that the Mid-Term Examination Result Declaration Day is scheduled on 6th August, 2016. Therefore, we request all our students to inform your parents or guardians to come to school for the same purpose and also to attend the parent-teacher meeting on the same day. So, we once again urge each student to inform your parents/guardians without fail please.
We request the parents/guardians to report to school at 08:00 am as we have the awarding of Tashi Khadhar to the toppers at 08:30 am in the assembly.
