The Education Sector, Dzongkhag Administration, Samtse is pleased to inform all the Principals of Schools under this Dzongkhag that as per the approved note-sheet No. SD/EDN/Notesheet-39/2016-2017/ dated 20th September, 2016 of Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag pertaining to the involvement of teachers on LG election duty, all are requested to note and declare the following points:

1. Starting from 22^nd - 28^th of September, 2016 students need not come to school. They can stay back home and do their studies/assigned tasks.
2. Instruct teachers to give enough assignment to keep the students engaged during the above days.
3. Keep the school premises open and instruct school caretaker for the safety of school property.
4. The lost instructional hours must be recovered as soon as the school resumes.
